What is the recycled content of your boxes? 
Our kraft boxes are made from 100% recycled paperboard and are 100% recyleable.  Our kraft matchboxes make up about 95% of our box line.  Boxes in additional colors will specify the recycled content on the listing.  We work with a paperboard provider who supplies us with all of the specs for each paperboard which allows us to select the paperboards with the highest recycled content. 
Do you offer custom sized packaging? 
Yes, we offer custom sized packaging and custom colors along with the option in many cases to print on one all sides of the sleeve.  Printing capabilities change with each box.  If you are interested in custom packaging, please go the custom packaging link and fill out the form specifying as much detail as possible.  Our product packaging designer will work directly with you.  She will be in contact with you within 48 business hours after you submit the custom packaging form.

What is your minimum order for custom packaging? 
Are minimum requirements for custom packaging is one, yes only one.  We are a small group of entrepreneurs and cater to both small and large businesses.  We understand the growing pains of a new business and as a result, we can assist you with one piece to thousands of pieces.  Please keep in mind that the smaller the quantity the higher the price and the higher the quantity the lower the price.  The start up cost of custom packaging starts with making a die.  If we don't have a die to match the needs of the client, we then need to design the box on a pdf file for the die maker.  These two expenses can become costly, however, if you need only a few boxes to start, we can run them from a digital system until you are ready to run a larger quantity.  Regardless of the quantity you need, we can provide you with the quantity you need as you grow, eliminating the need for storage and most important to keep the money you need to start up your business.
How long will it take to process my order? 
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless we have contacted you with an alternate delivery date.  This does not include delivery time by the USPS.  Delivery time will change depending on which method of shipment you have selected.  You will need to add an additional 2-3 business days for USPS Priority Mail and 3-5 business days for USPS First Class Mail.  If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, an additional 2 business days will apply to both USPS Priority and First Class Mail shipments.  If you are an international customer, delivery days will be significantly higher.  If you are an international customer, it is best to check with us first for both shipping costs and shipping time before placing your order.

All custom orders require additional days due to design time or time to have a die made.  Holiday & seasonal packaging may take longer depending on the product demand during the particular season you are ordering in.  (August-December are our busiest months) It is best to check with us first before purchasing products if you have a deadline.  This way we can determine if we are able to meet your deadline and in some cases, as long as we can plan ahead, we may be able to make special arrangement to help ensure your order is ready when needed.

What shipping services do you offer? 
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).  If you would like a shipping method other than the USPS, please contact us first before placing your order for shipping costs.  Additional charges may apply for other shipment methods since our regular carrier is the USPS.
What are your return policies? 
We do not accept returns for size, color, weight or other spec issues.  We accept returns ONLY on items which are defective.  We do not accept any other returns other than defects. This is why it is important to check the specs and dimensions of each product listed in the description before ordering. 


You may purchase a sample of most any product before purchasing to help ensure that it will work well for your needs.  Most of our products are available on a "per piece" basis where you may purchase from one to many pieces.  If you would like to sample a product first, select the product and enter a quantity of "1".  This will allow for minimal shipping costs and sampling a product before purchasing a larger volume.  If the product you would like to sample is not available "per piece" and you need to sample it first, please feel free to contact us and we can set up a sample listing for you. 

All products are inspected before they are shipped.   If there is any question related to our return policy, please contact us before making a purchase.  Even though we have never had a return for a defective product, if this does happen, we will replace the product with the same product.  The defective product must be returned first so that we may inspect at which process the product should have failed our QA efforts.  This will help us to ensure that the same defect does not occur again.  We make every effort to inspect each and every product before it is shipped to our customers.  Since most all of our products are hand assembled, it helps to make quality assurance issues easier since each product is handled by a human instead of an automated machine.  Our small family business is know for it's quality products, high recycled content and hand assembled quality.  At least 50% of our business is by "word of mouth" or "referrals" with a high percentage of return customers.  this is as a result of our efforts to keep our manufacturing process a "hands on" process instead of an automated process.  Yes, this does decrease productivity and another reason that our prices are a little higher, however, it helps to guarantee that we are always producing a quality product.
Does shipping include insurance?
Yes.  For orders $50 and under, the USPS includes insurance.  For orders above $50, we include insurance  at no additional cost.  Our shipping costs may be found on our "shipping costs" page.
